Throughout my career, I’ve seen how ethical leadership, strong governance, and human-centered decisions transform institutions and communities. This conviction shaped HumanCore Global Advisory an organization built to serve with integrity, accountability, and a global perspective.

is a Senior Human Resources and Operations Expert and Board Member of Humancore Global Advisory, working as our chief executive officer/global director. With an extensive international leadership experience across humanitarian, emergency, and development sectors in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, she specializes in strategic HR leadership, donor compliance, labor law, safeguarding (PSEA), and multi-donor project management. Her expertise in human rights, gender justice, and cross-border operations brings strong governance, compliance, and people-centered leadership to the organization.

LAMAHEWAGE JANITH MAHASEN SILVA

is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and a Board Member of Humancore Global Advisory, serving as Legal Director – Sri Lanka Region. He is an expert in corporate law, human rights, and gender justice, with strong experience in legal governance, compliance, and advisory services. Having worked with leading corporate legal divisions and under senior counsel, he provides strategic legal guidance and regulatory oversight to strengthen the organization’s governance framework and regional legal operations.
